ТОРГОВЫЕ ДОГОВОРЫ И СОГЛАШЕНИЯ
. вид международных договоров и соглашений, регулирующих торгово-экономические отношения между странами. Т.д., договоры о торговле и мореплавании, торговые соглашения создают договорно-правовую базу в торгово-экономических отношениях между странами, устанавливают принципы этих отношений, определяют их правовой режим (регулирование таможенного обложения, транспортных связей, торговой и другой экономической деятельности физических и юридических лиц одной страны на территории другой страны), дают право создавать торговые представительства на территории друг друга. Соглашения о торговле и платежах устанавливают количество и наименования товаров, взаимопоставляемых в период действия соглашения (генеральные списки, контингенты), и содержат обязательства содействовать взаимной торговле, а также общие принципы регулирования платежей между странами. В число Т.д. и с., содержащих нормы общего порядка, включают также налоговые соглашения о режиме инвестиций и др. . Словарь экономических терминов 1 .
